Return Policy:

• In case the Customer Changes his/her Mind:

• In case of Manufacturing Defect:
  • Must inform us immediately after learning the defect.
  • Any delay beyond 7 days will result in no return or replacement.

***Note: 1. Quality of the product depends on the manufacturer. Alflip.com has nothing to do with it. You cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality. 2. Alflip.com will bear the delivery charges for 7 Days replacement warranty/Default warranty. Customer must bear the delivery charges for General warranty claim.

Refund Policy

• Refunds
  • Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. And the purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for any refund.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bank Cards, Mobile Finance Service or through In-store Credits.
  • You will receive the refund within 7-10 working days. The refund period may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Products are available exclusively online through the website. According to our Return Policy, these products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only.

We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refund or cancel any order if the customer complains about the product originality, copy, non-branded, etc. In that case, we will take nearly 15-30 business days to replace, exchange, or refund the order. You must wait for the solution.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit our products or Services’ sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays resulting from products that are out of stock, different color, unavailable or back-ordered. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order in our sole discretion. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Each user accounts must be created under one distinctive registered Cell Phone number and email address of the user. Multiple accounts cannot be created under the same information as mentioned, and in such an event, the user cannot avail any offers, deals, discount coupons, or Gift Coupons during campaigns or other occasional sales more than once, as is the policy.

5 – DISCOUNTS & ALLOWANCES

Discounts and allowances (coupon code, promo code, occasionally offers or sign-up offer, etc.) are reductions to a basic product or service price. The coupon discount or gift card’s value will not be refunded on returns or exchanges after using a successful order from Alflip.com. Multiple accounts created under the same Cell Phone number or email address cannot avail, as these are of one time “account only” offer (ex. Sign-up allowances), deal or discount coupon or Gift Coupon during campaigns or other occasional sales, more than once as is the policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any promotion, offers, or discount you place with us.

9 – ORDER CANCELLATION

Alflip.com promises to deliver quality and authentic products to their customers. Therefore, Alflip.com always runs Quality Control Checks after receiving the ordered product from the seller. Alflip.com reserves all rights to cancel any order of the customer after finding any quality issue from Quality Control Checks of the ordered product, as Alflip.com aims to give its customers the best online shopping experience. Alflip.com also reserves all rights to cancel any order if the ordered product is unavailable or if it is out-of-stock. Product unavailability cannot be predetermined or predicted by Alflip.com, whether it is caused due to unavoidable inventory management issues, website management issues, vendor stock update issues, or any other unpredictable reason.
We also have the right to cancel any order if users denied paying in advance in some cases where cash on delivery not available.

It must also be stated that, as most of Alflip BD’s products carry a Brand Warranty or Manufacturer Warranty, the user can avail of the warranty through Alflip BD as well if it is mentioned on the product page.

However, any use of the product that results in any injury, loss, or damage, whether direct or indirect, will not make Alflip.com liable for providing servicing facilities provided that such direct or indirect use and the results thereof are not covered nor supported by the provisions under Brand Warranty Policy or the Manufacturer Warranty Policy.
